1. Essential cookies
Secure, HttpOnly session cookies are used after sign-in to authenticate the user and protect account features. These cookies are necessary for the requested account service and cannot be read by ordinary page scripts.
2. Browser storage
- Collection, farm-planner, and application preferences may be kept in localStorage or IndexedDB so the site can work without an account.
- The analytics-consent preference is stored locally so the site remembers the user's choice.
- Language and interface preferences may also be stored when those features are enabled.
3. Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled by default. If enabled by the user, the service sends limited Web Vitals, relative page paths, and redacted client-error information. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Consent can be withdrawn from privacy settings at any time.
4. Managing storage
Browser controls can remove cookies and site data. Removing an active session cookie signs the user out; removing local storage may permanently erase progress that has not been synchronized or exported.
